Ken Rosenthal at the Winter Meetings

In case you don't know, Ken Rosenthal is a columnist for FoxSports.com. Last year during the winter meetings, he seemed to have all the big scoops way before anybody else. Anyways the always fabulous CN and I had a running joke that Rosenthal would hide in the closets of certain GMs and be all vouyeristic and overhear all the deals and stuff. And because everybody probably gossips about everybody else, I think Rosenthal only really needs to stay in at least one closet. And yes, my mind is very cracked.

Gary Sheffield and his Negociating Tactics

I drew this the day before Sheffield got traded to the Tigers. I read an article about a pissed off Gary Sheffield staking out Steinbrenner at an IHOP. I'd like to think that the negociation process went a little like this. Steinbrenner, I hear has a bit of an affinity for pancakes and this certain IHOP. Simple and to the point.

The Greatest Bedtime Story Ever

For some reason if this actually did happen, I wouldn't be too suprised. I think Tim Wakefield(or Gabe Kapler) would be awesome storybook readers. I mean, I think they'd totally do all the voices and stuff. Oh and David Ortiz too! I'd so want them to read me a story. Or have Bronson Arroyo sing me a lullabye...okay well the lullabye may never happen because I'd probably wanna do inappropriate things to him(as long as he is all sterilized) but the idea still stands. Also, Wily Mo has a stuffed Big Papi, in my world. And honestly, I'm seriously considering putting whatever lack of sewing skills I have to work and making one. Even if it's just for myself. :P Annnd five seconds after I type this I come across a PSA w/ the Manning family involving bedtime stories.
